b. Metroun AI: The website may provide AI assistance derived from OpenAI or similar technologies. This assistance is designed to provide general information and guidance and should not be considered professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the AI assistance. You should exercise caution and seek professional advice when necessary.
c. Construction Calculators: The website offers construction calculators for estimating purposes. These calculators are provided for convenience and general reference only. The results generated by the calculators should not be relied upon as precise or accurate measurements. You are solely responsible for verifying the calculations and using professional judgment when making construction-related decisions.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS
You may have the opportunity to purchase products and services from Metroun through the Metroun app or website. Some of these products and services may be offered as subscriptions, which automatically renew unless cancelled.
Subscriptions and Renewals
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it prior to renewal. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current subscription period, after which the subscription will expire if cancelled.
Metroun may offer subscriptions, premium learning content, digital resources, or feature enhancements through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorised external services (each an “External Service”). Any purchase made via an External Service is referred to as an “External Service Purchase.”
Managing Your Subscription
External Service Purchases, including subscriptions, are processed and managed by the relevant External Service. You must manage or cancel your subscription directly through your External Service account, even if you delete your Metroun account or remove the Metroun app from your device.
Apple App Store:
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select your Metroun subscription and follow the cancellation instructions.
Support is available via Apple Support.
Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select your Metroun subscription and follow the cancellation instructions.
Support is available via Google Play Help.
If you subscribed directly through Metroun (where applicable), cancellation instructions will be available within your account or purchase area.
Charges and Payments
When making a purchase, you may be charged via your External Service account (such as your Apple ID or Google account) in accordance with the pricing and billing terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Prices may include applicable taxes depending on your location, which may change from time to time.
If your subscription includes a free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Premium Services and In-App Products
Metroun may offer certain paid features, resources, or learning tools (“Premium Services”), including one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions (“In-App Products”). Additional terms may apply to specific Premium Services or In-App Products and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Premium Services may be purchased through:
Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Other authorised third-party payment providers
Credit/debit card or PayPal (where available)
Once a purchase is confirmed, payment is generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Refunds
Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unless required by applicable law.
EU / EEA Users
If you reside in the European Union or European Economic Area, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of starting a subscription, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
Certain US States
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional cancellation or refund rights under applicable state law. Where such rights apply, refunds are handled by the relevant External Service if the purchase was made through Apple or Google.
Refund requests for purchases made via an External Service must be submitted directly to that service provider. Metroun does not control or process refunds issued by third-party platforms.
Chargebacks and Account Suspension
If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment without cancelling your subscription through the appropriate External Service, Metroun reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion.
Third-Party Services
Metroun is not responsible for errors in payment processing or for goods or services obtained through third-party platforms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of an External Service, the External Service’s terms shall prevail.
5. Intellectual Property:
a. Ownership: The website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any part of the website’s content without our prior written permission.
b. Trademarks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the website are our trademarks or the trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use any trademarks or logos displayed on the website without our prior written permission or the permission of the respective owner.
6. Privacy:
