Which RICS pathways do you cover?
We match you to an MRICS counsellor on your own pathway, whichever it is. Tell us yours when you enquire and we will confirm the match before you commit to anything.
Do I need an RICS accredited degree?
Not necessarily. An accredited degree is the most common route to the APC, but it is not the only one, and experience counts for a great deal. Our RICS Route Finder will tell you in a minute which route applies to you.
Can I join part way through my APC?
Yes, at any stage. Most candidates come to us part way through, including after a referral, and we pick up from wherever you have got to.
How much time do I get with my counsellor?
Two hours a month, booked directly into your counsellor’s diary. The time is yours whether or not you use all of it.
What does the fee cover?
