Yes. RICS requires 20 hours of CPD a year, at least 10 of which must be structured (what RICS used to call formal CPD). Metroun Learning courses are assessed and certificated, so they count toward the structured half. Your profile shows the running total against the requirement.
It is. Candidates need 48 hours a year. Tell us you are on the APC in your profile settings and the tracker switches to the 48 hour target automatically.
