How are the coaching sessions delivered?

All sessions are delivered one-to-one via online video calls, making the programme accessible wherever you are. This also ensures flexibility to fit around your work, study, or personal schedule.

How often will I meet with my coach?

You’ll have regular coaching sessions (typically every 2-3 months, depending on your plan and goals). Between sessions, you’ll stay connected through progress check-ins, your group cohort and access to resources to keep you on track.

What happens between coaching sessions?

You’ll have access to ongoing accountability and support through our cohort group chat, progress tracking tools, and Metroun Learning. This ensures that your development doesn’t stop when the call ends.

How long does the programme last?

The coaching programme is a 12-month membership (£699.99 per year). This includes all your coaching sessions, continuous support, and free access to Metroun Learning.

Can I cancel anytime?

The programme is an annual commitment. We do this to make sure clients have the time and consistency to see meaningful results.
